Terms of service
The rules that apply when you use Lofvy. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
Provider
Lofvy is provided by Miranberitan SRL (KBO/BCE 1009.119.704, BTW/TVA BE1009119704, Excelsiorlaan 71, B-1930 Zaventem). Contact: support@lofvy.com.
The service
Lofvy is an online studio that uses AI to create room images and product videos from the product photos you upload. You can add your logo, prices and campaign text to the images.
Features may change as we improve the service, and we may switch the AI models we use to get better results.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details to open an account. If you open it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for that company.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else is using it, write to support@lofvy.com straight away.
Plans, credits and payment
Creating content uses credits: one photo costs 10 credits and each second of video costs 1 credit. Plans and prices are shown on the Plans page. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added on the invoice according to your country and account type.
Monthly plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the start of each month and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. The trial pack and Pack 500 are one-off purchases and do not renew.
With a subscription, credits are added to your account every month; credits not used in a month expire at the end of that month and do not carry over. Trial pack credits are valid for 7 days from the day of purchase.
If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
If we change prices, we tell subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next period.
Cancellation and refunds are explained on the Cancellation and refunds page.
Acceptable use
- Only upload photos, logos and text that you own or have permission to use.
- Do not use Lofvy to create illegal, misleading, obscene or hateful content, or to infringe other people's rights.
- Automated use that overloads the system, attempts to get around security measures and copying the service are not allowed.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account.
Rights to content
Content you upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it only as far as needed to provide the service (storing, processing, generating).
You may use the images and videos you create for any purpose, including advertising and sales. AI can produce similar results from similar inputs, so we cannot guarantee that an output will be unique to you.
The Lofvy brand, website and software belong to us.
AI output
Images and videos are created by AI and may contain mistakes: colour, texture, dimensions or details can differ from the real product. Check them before you publish.
You are responsible for making sure the images you share show the product accurately and follow advertising rules, including any duty to disclose that content was generated by AI.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance, faults or problems at our infrastructure providers can cause downtime. Where possible we announce planned maintenance in advance.
Liability
Except in cases of intent, gross negligence or where the law does not allow a limitation, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profits or lost data.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to support@lofvy.com. If you have a subscription, cancel it first.
If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of the place where our company has its registered office have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply.
